(В Uther 2004(1), № 120: 87 в определение мотива включена подробность: выигравший смотрит не на восток, а на запад и видит освещенные лучами макушки деревьев. В Европе в большинстве случаев (кроме шотландцев), которые удалось проверить, эта подробность действительно есть. Однако в американских и в некоторых азиатских традициях ее нет)
